Heat Miser
I just installed a set of Pro Comp Pro Runner height-adjustable shocks, and a set of Pro Comp 7031s with 305/65/18s. My rear shows still being 3/4" higher(stock it was 2-3/4" higher than the front), but I have a shell on the way that should even it out.
My tires are 33.4"x12", and my speedo and fuel mileage have barely changed.

At this point I had Nitto Terras, 305/60-18's. Avg. mpg was 14. 13 city, 15 highway best. It has a Bilstein setup front and rear. No lift blocks.
Switched to Toyo MT's in 33x12.50-18. Now I get 12.5 in town, 12.5-13 on the highway. If I set cruise to 70, I can eek it up to 13.5-13.9. Hand calculated. Speedometer spot-on, verified by GPS.
I'd say go with the 5.0. They're proven to get better mileage under load.
