MPT has got everything on that truck, except turbos and bbk throttle body I believe. He's got caltraks, bell tech lowering, drag radials.

Good job MPT super kick *** run, that is flat out flying down the track. Right on. More guys getting those ecoboost trucks down the track and kicking ***.

Thanks guys, and thanks Franchi for posting the slip. We have videos and lots of photos that we'll be posting up on out Facebook soon as well. The truck went 12.80 on water/meth and 12.53 with a 75hp dry shot.

We mentioned in a FB post that we were adding an extra 100 hp, hence the confusion. The nitrous was jetted for 75 hp, but with proper tuning, along with the fact that nitrous on turbo vehicles tends have an exponential effect on horsepower (due to additional air charge cooling), we were able to put an extra 100 hp and 100 lb ft of torque to the tire on the dyno.

We do have a few mods on the truck, most of which are listed on our website with our Ecoboost tuning overview, but this is far from a race truck.

The truck is still full weight, loaded with car seats and kids toys, and is driven everyday by Mike's wife. It spends most of its time shuttling kids back and forth to school, and the rest of its time on the dyno, developing tunes and testing parts.

Today we ran 5 passes on the truck, which brings the grand total of 1/4 mile runs on this truck to a whopping dozen. That being said, with the amount of seat time Mike has, and the amount of track specific calibration we have into the truck, we are VERY happy with the times today.

We still believe there is more to be had out of the truck, and we will set new goals for the truck in the near future. We will make this latest version of our race tune available in the near future, and we're happy to answer any questions you might have regarding our truck or what might work for your truck.

Hey Ken , Congrats on the New Record that is awesome. What a 60ft time ! You guys made one hell of a great pass, much props to everyone.
I may have to come out of retirement now, and have some fun . LOL J/K.
Did you have any drag radials on the truck or Caltrac's Im interested in the traction set up . I had mentioned over a year ago that if the 60ft would come down that I thought I could go a 12.40 or 12.30 but never did anything else about it . I was nervous about breaking the rearend to be honest with you, so I didn't push it further since Im in the truck everyday for work.

Thanks Pete! We would love to see your truck back in action! It's nice to know the two fastest Ecoboosts in the country are both in Florida.

As for our set-up, yes we are running Cal-tracs as well as radials. We're using Mickey Thompsons on the stock wheels. They're a little narrow for the tire, but they hook up well. We also have a Bell-Tech lowering kit 4" front and 6" rear. Other than that the drivetrain is 100% stock. We running the stock 3.55 gear, and electronic locking differential.

The truck is putting down 500 hp and 600 lb/ft to the rear wheels and we've had zero issues with the rear. We had a couple passes yesterday that had some pretty nasty wheel hop, but luckily, no damage. If you can keep the truck from wheel hopping, these rear ends are pretty stout.

What size DRs 20" or 18" ? That's what I figured I new the Caltrac's would make a big difference . When I ran my time it was a 1.94 60ft so a 1.75 is outstanding . That's like 3 to 4 tenths off the back .
I never put my truck back on the dyno because we tuned it on the street but your numbers are impressive . What RPM were you able to leave the line with the Caltrac's.
Again Congrats and outstanding job with the tune and set up .

Must be the 26" tires on the stock 18s that was the only option M/T has as far as stock width rim... super small Tire... probably would be faster with 28s or 30s

105.6 mph no nitrous full weight is moving. Any idea what mph it pulls no water/meth?
