Ecoboost & N-Tercooler System
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this product or any similar?

1. Is it worth the price
2. Does it indeed work
3. What are the cons about a setup like this (warranty haters I don't want to hear your blah blah blah )

crush a little car today
1. Great price
2. It will increase your horsepower. Read all about it from books available from cartech.
3. You will need timers to have it work the best and a tune to modify your spark curve. Make mistakes with nitrous and you melt a motor in an instant.

It might be somewhat benificial in a racing situation but a 10lb bottle of happy gas isnot going to last long and you cant just go to the station and fill it up and the cost of the system and the gas kind of rules it out as a dailey driver you could just install a tank and a pump to spray water alchehol mix and get simmuler results. waste of money. Buy a bag of ice, spray the intercooler with compressed air or cold water if hotlapping at a track. A water midster system would work just fine as well.

Modified my windshield washer bottle on my 1987 RX-7 turbo and ran it to tow Ford Aerostar windshiel washer sprayer to my front mounted Cartech intercooler. Worked great for high speed cooling at 187mph at Texas World Speedway at the Aggie Cross. I would put water in it or rubbing alcohol. I also had a Miller-Woods fuel injector mounted in the CAC tubing after the intercooler...added fuel and cooled the air charge just before the intake.

Thanks for all the replies! DieselDawg, I've decided to go the same route you took in the past. I started a new thread with my idea...
