Default Ecoboost Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor

Has anyone replaced the sensor? Would the sensor cause a change in pressure? I ask because my rear fuel pressure seems to fluctuate and it should stay constant. I did have my HPFP replaced at 19,000 miles and am currently at 43,000. My tuner told me not long before the HPFP went that my pressure was lower than he normally saw.

I had planned on changing out my fuel pump this weekend but I don't feel like that is my problem.

Here is a picture of my current datalog. I am currently tuned but am babying my truck.

Sorry for the size of the picture. I posted from my phone. The purple is the rear fuel pressure.

Am I on the wrong path thinking the sensor is the issue? Could it fluctuate my rear fuel pressure?
