Default Beginner here need help please

I have a 2011 F150 with the 5.0 flex fuel I had engine misfires on number 4 changed coil plugs injectors and I think most of you know where I’m heading after compression and leak down test determined it is a intake valve. Now I have it torn all the way apart but unsure of how to replace the valve and also when reassembly begins I don’t have the owners manual to get the specs for what has to be torqued and how much any where I can find reassembly instructions along with the torque specs

You should find a good machine shop to test head for cracks and warpage and have them install the valve and replace all remaining valve seals while cleaning all valves. Once you get it back I'm sure you can find torque value and sequence on line but a shop manual would give you step by step procedure for reassemble.

Wait, you tore the engine down far enough to replace the valve without knowing how to actually replace the valve, without having reassembly specs and now you're asking for help? Not sure how smart of a choice that was, But you've got *****, I will give you that. If it were me, I'd probably just toss a set of used heads on it. Or use it as an opportunity to do some performance upgrades.
