Well, it depends on what motor your truck has...Using higher grade fuel won't affect your mileage that greatly. The 5.0's are flex capable -- the EB is not. I would advise against putting e85 in any EcoBoost unless you have heavily modified your truck to accommodate it. I would also advise against using what I'm assuming you were referring to as 85 octane unleaded fuel in a EB.
