Any 6.2 issues i should be aware of before i trade my ecoboost in for one?
I am trading my ecoboost in, either for a GM diesel or just an f 150 limited with the 6.2. My truck is a lemon and i am sick of the ecoboost, just want a reliable truck with a nice V8. Most of my complaints are ecoboost related, but some like the transmission issues and poor brakes i am assuming would be platform wide.
So any issues with the 6.2 i should know about?
I am mostly happy with the truck and i like fords, but i am by no means brand loyal, i bought the ecoboost because i thought it would be the best at the time, but sadly i was very wrong.

I love my 6.2. My brakes are fine and I have 26 inch rims.. No shuddering, just awesomeness.Grab a tuner and make it purr. It will also shift exactly how u want it to then.

My mileage I have no clue...Like 14 mpg, but I tend to accelerate here and there...Yes, I have the AWD.

I don't have a limited, but i have a 6.2 raptor and average around 15.0 mpgs 70hwy/30c. I just came back from a 4700 mile road trip through mtns and plains and averaged 17.2 mpg at an avg. speed of 70mph. A limited is a little lighter and 7 inchs narrower so it should get better mpgs than the raptor. Hope this helps.

I've heard that the back tires are always trying to pass the front ones! Pretty powerful!

I have a tuner, intake, exhaust, and wheels and tires i'd be transferring over if i got another ford. The tuner helped a bit with the transmission issues but not 100%

Love my 6.2 AWD! 30,000 miles with no real issues. Leaking right CV boot replaced under warranty at 7,500 miles. Must have run over something that perforated it. Rotors turned under warranty at 20,000 miles. Dealer said its common and that's why they do it under warranty.
Lifetime fuel mileage is 14.0. Even mix of city and highway. Running 5 Star 93 performance tune. Throttle response is ridiculous now. Very difficult to not speed!
Exhaust is next, just not sure what I want. Looking at the Borla touring cat-back for the Raptor. But I haven't been able to determine if it will fit my truck. Borla said probably, but no guarantees.
