Well, after almost 4500 miles, here's the final results of my trip to California and back:

Best MPG: between Flagstaff, AZ and Albuquerque, NM at 24.8 MPG
Worst MPG: between Barstow, CA and Flagstaff, AZ at 15.1 MPG
Average speed on the whole trip: 75 MPH

Here's the photo showing the final numbers for the trip:

Overall, I'm real happy with how the truck did both performance wise and mileage wise. There were some stretches in West Texas where I had to get on it at 70 to pass slower construction trucks, but it just jumped down 2 gears and ran up to 90 with no problems. Then it was back down to the speed limit (75) and cruise some more. As I said at the start, this was with the bed fully loaded, the back seat loaded and running around 75 most of the time.

I am also running a tune from the SCT 7015 canned list (87 octane) and I think that helped my mileage a bit. The truck had about 2500 miles on it when I started the trip and it's now over 7000.

Hopefully this will just keep getting better and better.

Griff

Here is the actual lifetime stats on my truck. 2013 Screw 4x4 3.55's 20's. I have a 90 mile daily commute to work. It's all rolling hill divided highway and I set my cruise at 67. I run 87 E10 from Conoco. I am still running the factory Pirelli's and once I buy some new tires a tuner will be next on my list.

2012 F150 XLT 5.0L V8 with ~56,XXX miles, stock height, 3.31 rear end, 2WD Roush CAI (bought used with maybe 500 miles on it, put on an additional 500 miles), FloPro cat-back true dual exhaust. It's basically my stock work *****. With my CAI, 17.6. Without my CAI (stock air box has a K&N filter), 18.7. I try not to lay my throttle out too much but with my exhaust and CAI, it's hard to resist sometimes.
