+1 the standard gear for an eco fx4 for 2013 was the 3.55. Prior to that is was the 3.73.

The more I think about it, I'd add
  • Speed
  • Coolant Temp
  • Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
  • Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 2
  • Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1
  • Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 2

Anyone else got ideas?

LOL!
The more I look at it the more I'm thinking it's all important and how the heck do I find the culprit responsible.

I think it's just for starters. If yours is anything like my 2 you will see patterns develop and can narrow it down. If Fuel Trims are "normal" (+/- 0-10%) you can drop them off the suspect list.

Coolant temp is to see what the computer thinks the temp of the engine is. Too hot or too cold and it can do weird things.

I tend to like to cast a wide net and analyze with a spreadsheet. You can see trends and start knocking things off one by one. If it's in the normal range you can cross it off.

When I data log with Torque Pro does it record all data and then I can look at it later on the PC and bring up the individual fields?
Or do I have to tell it which fields to record?

Yes it saves as txt files that you can open manipulate and plot in excel. But you do have to tell it what to log and to enable logging.

I'd add O2 sensors and air/fuel ratio.

^ this. Go into Settings > Data Logging & Upload > Select what to log. Then pick the PIDs you want to record.
