What I am seeing so far is the eco in a heavy *** screw is faster then the 5.0 in a rcsb.

Wrong. You could only make that judgement if they raced each other on the same track, same time and all. Altitude, temps and many other factors come into play

Is this a joke? I wish everyone would stop justifying the 5.0 being a tad bit slower than the EB in stock form. Here's an idea, take an average of all videoed times of the 5.0 and EB. Average each of them and see which is faster. Wouldn't that eliminate the "factors"? Let's see some more videos.

We all know the eb is faster, no one is arguing that. It doesn't change the fact that the statement was wrong and was clearly a troll.

Lol the truck racing thread has just degenerated to '**** or GTFO.'

I love my 5.0, and don't regret getting it, but I surely didn't get it for drag racing. I was/am fully enamored(sp) with the EB, I think it's amazing what they've done, even though i think they can do more with it... but when pen came to paper on my first new vehicle, I was nervous about a boosted v6 lasting 10-15 years, so here we are.

Amazing though, seems that if you just post 'I didn't get the EB' on this forum, people explode and you're an epic dumbass who's stuck in the stone age dragging knuckles.

I am going to try and test drive the Ecoboost just to feel the difference first-hand. Has anyone here driven both? Any videos of the two racing each other at the dragstrip? BTW, I chose the 5.0L when I bought my new truck 2 days ago.

And have the drivers swap vehicles and run again.
