Thanx To EVERYONE!... I would say @ the Boost Level of 8# The Power Level would be around 490RWHP! However The Standard Pulley that comes with the Roush kit and the Stock Lower Balancer equals around 11#..I'm sure @ 11# You will be just Fine!...Purchase the Extended Warranty Roush Offers when you Purchase The Kit and They'll Stand Behind the ford 3 Year Warranty!..Win Win Situation!...JL

Which intake/tune(octane)? 14.0 is damn good for a screw with so little mods.
I had a cai from k&n and a 93 tune.also no spare or Reese hitch
What octane fuel are you using? I noticed that when you went from a 11# to a 14# pulley that you gained 50HP. So you're telling me that with the pulleys that roush gives you that one could make 500+ wheel HP? Are you a distributor of roush products?

WOW, you Jersey boys have some natural freaks out there! My loaded 4x4 ran high 15's at 92mph and change, and I would be happy with mid/high 14's with those same mods you listed.
Keep up the r&d guys!

Yea what straighaxle said..I ran 15.5's stock and 14.6's with 5star tune in my crewcabFX4..
I wonder if I could get a Roush SC without the wife knowing?Ha
What else is good is that the tundras are running mid to high 12's with the Trd SC.....I figured with the Roush SC that we would see similar times but I guess I was wrong!
Good job!
