Boss, I am relatively certain the red Trans Am in the 2nd video is my old 1999 TA. I ran lo-mid 11's in that car here in Florida until I had to part it out for financial reasons 4-5 years ago. Guy from ATCO Dragway hauled the roller away to NJ as I watched it being trailered away Strange rearend and FLP Level 5 tranny went with it. The father races a 1967 Camaro there at ATCO, as well. The son goes by RedDragon on ls1tech.com.
Great vids and I'm wondering as well what supporting mods your nephew's truck has, as well. Same LCA's or trac bars you have?

First off thanks Johnny lightning for an impressive tune on our trucks.I didn't think it would get any better than Mike's 5star tune but Johnny assured me to take a chance and he would prove it and he did.I ran yesterday and even though I didn't run the number I knew the truck was quicker from my mph.So today I went back to Atco armed with my M&H dr's from last year instead of the 17"slicks I tried yesterday. On my first pass I didn't nail the peddle I rolled into the gas and it hooked, the truck shot out and run a 11.71@114.40 w/1.65 60' and man was I happy. The next pass I nailed it and spun a little bit 1.70 60' and ran the same 11.71@115.45 and I said oh yea.So I dropped my pressure down to 15 psi. And rolled into it again but this time I shifted at 6800 instead of 6500 and BAM 11.63@115.47 w/1.65 60'.That thing felt like a bear and when I can nail it off line and get back to my 1.60 or better than 11.50's or maybe even lower who knows.Again many thanks to Johnny Lightning for a super strong Race tune and tweaking he done at the track with his laptop. Also I liked his style,he said he didn't want to step on anyone's toes but when it comes to RACE setups and all out power with a pickup he knows his stuff. To awnser some of your ?'s my nephews truck is setup like mine, except with the Roush 2.3 blower and JLP long bars over me.I can't wait to line up with him and let'er eat.Wouldn't that look awesome.

Thanks all you guy's it means a lot to me and my nephew.I did want to run a pass on the motor today but I run a different plug gapped at 30 for the bigger shots and I was to lazy to swap them out. Also it was cold as **** today. And yes most likely the black Roush at some point WILL make a 10 second pass,I know my nephew to well.He has a 9 second 09 GT mustang as well so what ever time you run it's never good enough.lol his mods are few,blower/muffler/JLP long bars and tires.............and Johnny Lightning
