Anyone put enternal adapter.. an XM radio device???


I am thinking to going to XM.

get the adaptor set from Terk, they are all over ebay. Be forewarned, ive heard its quite a pain to get the headunit to properly read the XM box.

ok...well you will need to do the research. Plug and play smart receivers are available for the headunit.

ok, aside from the XM vs. Sirius crap...I have both....

Have you researched the smart box controllers? The D3 AVIC is satellite compatible, meaning that all you need to get to receive sat signal is a smart box/external adapter for the service you want.

I have an XM reciever made by Delphy. I glued the reciever to the dash and ran a cord to the cigar lighter and ran the antenna to the roof near the back of the cab. I perfer the XM over Sirius because of Bluesville. I like blues music and Sirius only gets close to it with rythym and blues in my opinion.
