Default What should my next mod be?

So I'm new to this, so be patient. But I just bought a 2009 f-150 XLT 4 door 4x4 Black. It came with a few mods such as a chrome package, tonneau ARE bed cover, rubber floor mats, auto start and that's about it. So my question is what should my first step be? Here's some options:

Cold air intake (K&N probably)
Lift kit or leveling kit (prob just level it)
Rims and tires
Just tires on the stock chrome rims
Black Led Halogen headlights
Flow master exhaust system

Those are just a few ideas, any other or suggestions please!? Thanks for the help, I just want to do some mods just not sure which first.

SCT tuner from 5 star tuning. That's what I plan to do. It will give you the most performance for your dollar spent.

Tinted windows?

Tint is easy and inexpensive. If you are happy with your wheels put some beefy rubber on it. Tires can really make or break a truck's look.

Programmer over a cold air intake? I have a good tint on it, forgot to include that!

Get a tuner and the intake at the same time for the best results. They will include the fact that you have an intake into your tune. If you lift, grab a level an throw on some 33s or 34s on your stock rim. Looks good and saves money. good luck

How easy is a tuner to install? And any suggestions on brand or type other than those listed above. I guess ideally I could buy a K&N air intake and some kind of tuner and install both myself
