Undercover Customer Service
Have a 2015 F150 with Undercover tri fold bed cover and Swing Case Tool boxes. Recently had one of the swing hinges break on a mount so sent an email to their customer service along with a copy of my receipt and a picture of the broken mount. Within five minutes Randy Runkle with Undercover replied and said if I would provide the serial number he would get me a replacement out right away.
I contacted him on Tuesday morning of this week and the part arrived today, Friday.
Most of the time when you see a header like this it is because someone got treated poorly by a company. Fortunately that is not the case with Undercover. Customer service so many times has turned into leave a message and we'll get back or please hold while I dump you in someone else's lap.
So to Randy Runkle and Undercover, Thank You for outstanding customer service and prompt delivery of the replacement part. You have a happy customer here and I will spread the word about your products and outstanding Customer Service. The way it should be!!!

I emailed them yesterday (Saturday) about wanting a set of matched locks for my two swing away boxes. Got a reply within an hour or so. Was impressed that they would take the time on a Saturday to respond to something so small.
