Default Tailgate handle relocator

So I have seen online at places like Street Scene etc the handle relocator kit and I looked in about every place I could think of to find out if they had to get a new tailgate to make it look smooth when youre all done with it.

Thats just a pic of a SS chevy. But its just a clean picture to show you guys what I mean. I dont want the ford Badge or handle. I just want a clean tailgate with the handle on the inside because I have my cover for the back coming in on Tuesday or Wednesday and totally forgot to take care of this before hand.

Its a 2007 f150
Any advise is appreciated, Thanks

the holes are just welded shut with a pice of metal then body work over it

all you really need the the tailgate handle relocator kit then go to a auto body shop and they can do the rest

I just got done installing the Street Scene tailgate handle relocator kit. It comes with a plate to tac weld into the OEM handle hole. I will need to create a plate to fill in the old emblem area. From there body-work and paint. Few pictures. The kit installed fairly easy. A few areas needed to be cut to install the handle.

Looks very nice, good job.

What’s the deal with the back window? The glass looks small with a larger boarder or gasket around it.

Its a breezer window. The glass pops out so you can ride around with it open kinda like the Tundras
