I read on different sites saying you can run the factory fog lights on the bumper and also read that you can not. If anyone can confirm one of these it for a 23 f159 would be greatly appreciated.

Also if it doesn't come with hardware to mount oem fog lights would it be possible to manufacture a part so that it works?

 

Generally the fogs turn off when you turn on the high beams. There is a modification called Bambi mode that can be done with Forscan to keep the fogs on during high beam use.

 

The Ranch Hand Midnight Series Grille Guard Front Bumper notes in the installation guide that you do lose your factory fog lights. You can add up to a 36" light bar to it though, so it's not a huge loss if you're upgrading the front end. You could run better lighting!
