Default Rail Caps

Ive been searching all over the internet for bed rail caps to fit a 2006 f150 XLT with 6.5 styleside bed. I resently lost one of the stock plastic ones, and to replace the pair its upward of $200 or more. And the ones I found that would fit are designed to fit over the plastic ones. I would prefer black aluminum diamond plate or smooth, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, products, pics, or ran into the same problem. Could they just be screwed to the bed? And how would it look? Anything is appreciated TIA!

I don't think you will find any aftermarket caps. I'm thinking Ford must have some sort of patent on them. Aftermarket cap manufacturers don't make Ford caps.

Try a junk yard, otherwise, you'll probably have to buy one from a Ford dealer.
