Default Radio Upgrade

Hello. I have a 2013 F150 4X4 Offroad Ecoboost. It's the FX4 without the FX4 trim. I spend all summer off the pavement. Satellite radio is not available on my stock radio, I would like to upgrade to a satellite radio and get a bigger screen. And the ability to connect a storage drive for music. Also the factory audio is sub-par. No bass. I am looking for recommendations form anyone who has upgraded their radio and/or audio systems for this model. Thank you!

While I am at it, I am looking for best set up for winch for Ecoboost. Thinking of installing front hitch but that only gets me 9,000 lbs.

Also a light bar that fits in the grill.

Thanks again.

Modern car radios have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You can use the SiriusXM app. If you are traveling to places where your cell tower reception is bad, then an actual satellite radio receiver may be required. All modern radios will allow you to use a USB drive for movies, videos, etc. You can spend as little as $100 on Amazon or eBay, or over $1,000 with quality equipment.

Crutchfield will sell you all of the required pieces to install your new head unit.
