Hi all. I've read the threads on HOW to install efans. My questions are simple and few.

1) How much of an mpg boost did you get? (include engine size and truck model)
2) how noticeable was the HP boost?
3) Did you buy the "real" kit or go the cheaper route?

 

I put together a kit with a DC controller and a used lincoln mark Viii fan. I couldn't tell you how good or bad the mpgs are since i don't calculate, but it did seem to rev easier and have a bit more pick up. it's not a huge difference though.
