I would like to give a review on the customer service I have recieve from PIAA which make the PIAA 520 light I recently purchased for my Westin Bull Bar. I have a chain of emails trying to get the part number for the solid white lens cover. They have given me the wrong part numbers 2 times now and I hadn't gotten the solid lens cover yet. I can't install them on my truck until I do because of the law in Virginia. I love the look of the lights and the solid construction but as far as customer service they give the worst I have ever had. You would think they would know the product they make and could answer a simple question. Hopefully I can get a good part number this week and order them or I will soon give up, return the lights, and go with KC and never look at another PIAA product again.

Update: Found out today you have to remove the rock covers and then loosen both side screws on the light and remove the round ring bezel from the lights, then the solid cover will fit! I sent an email back to PIAA customer service and updated them on how the solid cover fit. Hopefully this email will help others.

I hate that. Im also getting horrible servie from Luminics. I ordered some bulbs from them and they still have not sent a confirmation and I have emailed them numorous times and am not getting any responses. Definently wont be doin any business through them in the future
