Just bought a 2000 f-150 lariot. Want to make it loud. Already have a lift and a custom bumper w/some k/c lights. Please if you know of a good system that's easy to install whether it's sound system or exhaust/muffler system I'd be very grateful.

for exhaust, magnaflow straight-through muffler. if you want a whole new exhaust system, buy a muffler or 2 (cats, tip, etc if you wish) and have an exhaust shop build you a system. don't waste your money on the complete exhaust kits you can buy.
