Default Muffler Question

I remember watching a show a while back that featured a muffler where you have the option of opening it up for sound and performance or being able to close a couple of chambers by pulling a switch on the side of the muffler to baffle some of the sound if you want. I have looked everywhere for a muffler like this has anyone seen one or know where to get one?

I remember what you are talking about. It's not a cutout but a muffler with a valve you can take out, similiar to a straight pipe.

yeah it wasn't a cut out, it was a switch on the actual muffler. I like the idea of the cut-out but not the price tag. To put a set up for duals with those cut outs is way more than I have paid to put exhaust on my last 2 trucks.

You can get manual cut outs. I've got one and it ran 30ish bucks from summit.
