I have a 2002 F-150 super crew with an A.R.E. Z-Series cap. I recently shut the garage door with the glass door on the cap open and shattered the glass. I checked with A.R.E. and because it is so old, they do not have a replacement glass for it. My Insurance went through three different companies and none could find a replacement glass. I also went to a local glass shop and they could not fabricate one due to the curve in the glass. Anyone know where I might be able to get replacement rear glass window for my cap?

 

Its not probably ideal for what you want, but could you end up going with fabricating a plexiglass piece in place of the glass?
