Default Install front tow hooks on 2013 2WD

Hello Community
I'd like to install hooks on the front of my '13 XLT Supercab 2WD (why didn't the factory). I understand I must replace the lower valance with that for a 4WD model. I'd really like to know about the attachment points, exactly what all has to be removed, how many there are, tips on removing clips, screws, etc. Anything helpful I need to know. And if I may ask for a good vendor to get the valance from.
Very grateful in advance.

Crawl under and look, pretty sure it's a few small bolts and it comes off, no need to change it, just cutout where the hooks go and reinstall it.

Welcome to the forum.

Order this from your local Ford dealership.
1x 9L3Z-17626-B valance
2x 7L1Z-17A954-AA hook
2x W712330-S441 flag-nut assembly
4x W713172S901 bolt

Remove lower valance by removing all the bolts that attach it to the bumper. You also have to remove both bumper pad thingys to get the entire lower valance off. Install lower valance using bolts you removed.

I have a 2010 FX2 and I did what you are doing by switching out the valances. It was very easy to do. I'll try to find my part number but I ordered from tasca and all I needed was the 4x4 valance and nothing else. I was able to reuse all my hardware from my 4x2 valance.

Anyone have the part# for the 2wd valance? I have a 2013 FX2 and want to ditch the front painted pieces because I don't like the way they don't line up with the bottom of the truck when looking at it from the side or 3/4 view.
