A. How much is your truck worth?

B. How much are you willing to pay to fix it if he destroys it?

C. How much does a good programmer and custom tunes cost?

Are you willing to risk A or B to 'save' the difference between C and $100?

So what's the question then?

Sounds like your mind is already made up.

in regards to hptuners, it is an amazing system. i bought it when i still had my chevy truck and after the tune, it was like night and day. if hp tuners have finished the beta testing on the ford f150 tuning, definitely do it. this is the program most dyno tuners are using, especially in chevy applications.
