Default How to keep bumper while installing Curt receiver

Main question/concern:
Bought tow hitch receiver C14016 from eTrailers.com for my 2016. It is a Curt tow hitch receiver. Was taking the OEM receiver off, the whole rear bumper came with it. I don't see how I can put the Curt receiver on and still have a support structure to hold the bumper on.

If you haven't already figured it out, the tow hitch is an integral part of the F150 rear bumper. No way to remove it.

Yep, the new one bolts up and sits directly below the factory hitch. Now I'll need a new ball mount with a 2 inch drop instead of the ball mount with a 4 inch drop I had on the factory hitch. (need the drop for the trailer I own).
