hey just need some opinions whats the best auto paint for the price im looking for a gloss black and i dont have a lot to spend i just need some good paint thats not too expensive also about how much would i need im painting my 89 f150

Are you doing it yourself? Actual AUTO paint is very expensive, be amazed how much it can cost.

If you are doing it on a super budget, can always do a rattle can job.

well actually i have an arangment made with a good friend of my dads and hes going to sandblast primer and paint my truck for me for $200 and all i have to do is buy the paint. I found some on summet racing for $150 per gallon but i know nothing about auto paint so i dont know if its a good kind or how much to get and if $150 is even a good price

Well Mccrackin I go to Orileys and get my paint. They have low medium to high grade that's affordable.

about how much would you say affordable is haha and i was planning on stopping by orielys soon thats where i buy all my parts from

To do your whole truck? It depends on how much you need..... Prolly around $2-250 for decent stuff....

dupont or ppg is what we use at the bodyshop i work at, clear is what is expensive.
