Default Headers: suggestions?

I'm in quite a dilemma. I have a 2005 5.4L and am looking on getting a set of headers and can't decide on what to get. I've read reviews and I'm leaning towards JBA but would like some input on if I should go with the JBA or something else. Any input would be much appreciated

What are you looking to get out of the headers? Shorties won't do much for power but are easy if your manifolds are leaking. Long tubes are best for power but should also be custom tuned for proper a/f ratios. OBX, Dynatech, and Stainless works are all good long tube options.

Yeah I was just looking at getting a little more power and my friend suggested to me to look at getting headers. I just didn't know if it would even be worth the money or not
