Front struts
So confusing. lol. The videos I’ve watched show the rc strut with a coil spring already on it. They take out the old one and install the new one. No mention about removing the coil spring and installing it on the rc one. Cannot determine if I will need a coil spring compressor to install these. 🤷🏼

2" level on a 13th gen is very doable, and safe. Where many get rubbing is mostly because of poor wheel offset choice, and too big of tire.
I always try to talk the redneck kids who's trucks I've done into a set of coilovers, some listen, some don't and insist on spacers. Nothing wrong with either, but new springs and shocks make coilovers, IMO, more desirable.
Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for, lower cost reflects lower quality, plenty of midpriced good sets out there, but they cost more than $350.

Are you doing this yourself? Ford Tech Makuloco has the best, and accurate video out there as to how to do this.
I couldn't find it, but here is another that "almost" has it right. The almost comes in when he he reinstalls the spindle nut, DO NOT do it this way, he just shows a very good way to ruin a perfectly good IWE. Instead, either pull a vacuum on the IWE to insure it is completely disengaged. Or, this is how I've done it many times and never damaged anything. Install spindle nut, then take your ratchet/socket and slowly turn the rotor, at the same time, even slower, start tightening up nut, until the half shaft turns. Then tighten to 33#.
Any questions, just ask.
REMINDER, keep that impact about 500' away from that spindle nut, I can't imagine why they show that to start with!

they do come with new coil springs. They call it a loaded cause it comes ready to install, shock, spring all ready to go. Take out old strut assembly and install the new ones.

Could you do me a favor and let us know what the labor cost was? My age finally got to me, so I don't do this anymore, just wondering what kind of money I'm missing.
