hi my 18 platinum should be here soon and if like people's opinion of the ford roll up cover. I have a pace edwards on my f350 and enjoy it and was wondering if anybody had got one from ford.

Is the model that Ford is offering you the Pace Edwards brand? Or is it a private label option? The only downside to getting one from the dealer is they are usually over priced by a couple hundred $. Perhaps you can work in a deal with them / or maybe you already have?

I do not have the Ford roll up cover, I have the Truxedo Truxport and LOVE it...after having this cover, I will NEVER own a hard cover, tri-fold or anything else like that. The roll up soft covers are the most convenient covers around.

Do they protect your covered cargo from burglary? No...its a soft cover. That seems to be everyones reason for the hard covers. I say, if you want a "security" cover, you should have bought a SUV or camper shell.

I bought a pace edwards from there accessries department. got them down to the cheapest in the city.
