Default Gear ratio upgrade and programmer

Hey guys I'm upgrading my daily driver...I have a2008 f150 V6 4.2 liter 2wd n I have a leveling kit on it now n sum 20x12 with 33s, I am now adding a 6" bds lift n sum 20x14" rims with 33s....I know for a fact I need to upgrade my gears n add a programmer do any of y'all knw a good set up or guide me in the right direction

SCT is just about the most popular for the F series trucks.

3.73 gears i think would be fine. Even 3.55 would probably pass okay.

Are you sure you want 33s with that lift? Most people go with 35s or even 37s with a 6 inch lift. If you are only going with 33s, you could probably get away with what you have now (not sure what your gears are now though). If you go up to 35s, I would recommend 4.10 or 4.11s.
