'03 5.4 stock 4 cats, true duals with h-pipe and 2 thrush welded 2 chamber mufflers exiting behind rear tire both sides with magnaflow 3 1/2" slash cut SS tips. Real deep and throaty exhaust note, not bad inside, kinda wish it was a little louder though.

cherry bomb...nice tone (not too loud). Most of all, does not drown the cab with too much noize when on highway. Some systems seem to resonate in the cab at highway rpm's. Here in massachusetts the weather can take a toll on the exhaust. So far it's still in real nice condition. Seem's like quality has stepped up since years past.

18" Magnaflow dual exit installed cat-back with non-stainless by shop. Dual 3" black powdercoat tips exiting in front of rear wheel. It is a bit louder in the cab due to the exit location but the flow distance is extremely short.

true duals with cherry bomb glass packs. cut off the Y pipe right after the cats and welded them right on also cut the hump over the rear axle and used it to make turn downs and it exits right under my back seats. sounds freakin great! (but remember to hang the pipes or else they'll drop and hit the cross member under them and its really anoying when they clang so if you do it my way save the time and hang em right when ya do it)

Default Magnaflow Cat back for me

I've got a 05 FX4 Screw with the 5.4 in it. I recently put a Magnaflow Cat back system on it. Part # 16608 (Harley Davidson style Exhaust). It's a SIDO system that both pipes exit out the side of the truck behind the rear tire.

Is a great system, went in well, looks great and sounds awesome....
