Default Cold Air Octane

New here. Thinking about the dual filter cold air intake on a 2013 ecoboost and dualing the exhaust. Is it pointless to do the exhaust? Don't care to change the sound just move more air. And if anyone has done this or a cold air intake, did you continue running low octane gas or switch to plus... 89 octane? Any difference?

Both are pointless mods. Neither will add power.

The intake already draws cold air from the fender, and dualing the exhaust will do nothing but make it louder.

Take the money you would spend on the intake and exhaust and get a tuner, you could get one that has a higher octane tune, and you'll get way more power than you would from intake exhaust.

Default Tuner

Any suggestions on a tuner? I come from the carburetor world, it's new to me.

SCT X4 and either 5star or MPT for the tunes. Research both and see which you like.
