no wish i did...would of been f/i by now instead of having to research and design a kit myself...

the k&n are great kits but companies like roush are build only guys...where as they know fords, they build fords and know fords...i mean the guy is the reason the mustang is around...(from building the first one on the factory floor to designing the 05...plus it helps the nascar teams imo in these tough times and helps keep a sport i love in good hands...) but k&n is a insane company able to produce many great designs....and they do do great r&d and provide dyno's to support claims..

I may try it again and take battery cable off to reset computer and do it just before going on a long trip as i travel for work and see how it does on open highway.
I did the Gotts mod and cut out the silencer tube on my 99 scab and the improvement in power and throttle response was noticeable immediately. I did reset the computer while I did the mods which should help. As for fuel economy, I don't have any hard #s yet but I'm getting a ridiculous increase in mileage particularly hwy. I really ought to do some proper testing to find out just how much of an increase I got from the Gotts but as I said it seems overly large at this point.
