Default Bumpershellz

So this is a spinoff of something someone suggested to me in the XLT Club thread. I have been trying to goole images of how these have turned out on people's trucks but I'm surprisingly not finding a lot of 15-20 f-150s. Does anyone here have any pictures of them on their truck?

Thank you. That looks great, it looks like it was painted at the factory, which is what I was trying to verify. So the middle section could also be painted blue if you had chosen it to be?

Oh sorry I misinterpreted. I was thinking that the two blue side pieces were bumpershellz and the middle part was the textured bumpershellz middle portion to match the the grill. But I see now what you mean. It definitely looks good. I think I saw where you can get them painted as an option also so I think, judging by how seamless yours looks, that it would look seamless painted as well. Thank you for the input.

Hopefully this isn’t too late for you. I haven’t dug through the forums for a while. I put bumpershellz on the rear bumper and end caps on the front. These are the raw ABS that I had painted locally.

No definitely not too late lol I am still mulling the options over. They look really good on yours too. I am trying to find a picture of one that has the center piece going over the chrome between the two side pieces with the side pieces and have them all the same color lol. If that makes sense. It looks like yours has the side pieces and the blue one above has the middle piece. I am trying to gauge how noticeable it will look or if it will stick out in any noticeable type way. Did you buy the "ready to paint" versions?

Yes, they were the ready to paint. I ordered some rattle cans from automotivetouchup.com and gave it a shot myself, but the clear just wouldn't come out right. I think it was a bit too humid when I was spraying. I ended up having them painted and they look like they've been on the truck from the start.

Yeh they do. I think if I get them I will definitely let a professional handle it as well.

I plan on getting the abs center piece, and paint it to match my Faptor grill.
