Ok so the killin dollar question. Is there a group discount we can get or member discount? I'm interested in the kit for $429, Ford Oval Emblem OEM Camera for Aftermarket Display since I would be using my aftermarket head unit for the display.

Can you guys comment on the viewing angles of the Bransmotion camera vs OEM.


I spoke with Part guys at my local Ford dealership and they recommended a plate camera over the Brandmotion. (Of course he was happy to sell me an OEM kit as well).

He said all the Brandmotion oval kits he installs keep coming back because the camera is recessed within the housing that the view is obstructed by the oval. The OEM camera doesn't have this problem because it protrudes out just enough to give you a wider view. The license plate cameras do not have an issue.

The image is not as wide as say the license plate cam or our recommendation, the rear tailgate handle camera. Still enough to see whats directly behind you though.
