Default Best roll up tonneau cover

Need a tonneau cover for my 2017 f150. I was thinking about a roll up because my truck is used on the farm and I don't want to lose bed space in my already short bed... Lol
I would like one That Won't let water in (if possible), lockable and can take NW PA winters.
Recommendations on best toñneau for me and place to buy would be appreciated.

The BAK MX4 is by far one of the more popular covers we sell on our site. It's a tri-fold but worth the added security of a hard cover. They are also what most Ford dealerships install. In fact, if you get the Ford branded cover... it's identical to the BAK. The MX4 is the newer one where you DO NOT need to close your tailgate first, to close your cover. You can close it in any order... really easy installation as well just bolts right on using the clamps they provide.

Now if you MUST have the roll-up kind then the Retrax covers are awesome. They are available in both a mechanical AND an electric roll-up version. It's probably the choice for roll-ups.

Shoot me a message if you want pricing on this.

I thought about a trifold but i don't want to lose 1/3 of my bed space or my use of the back window. Now if someone made one that you could take the trifold off when you wanted and leave the rails mounted on the truck i would consider it. I would also like to keep the price of the cover under $600

Welp Retrax is out of the question. Their cheapest models start at $1,299

BAK has one with an MSRP of $870. Their Revolver X2. It's a hard aluminum roll-up so that might work for ya but it's $270 over your price range

There is the Truxedo Sentry which retails at $829 so a little easier on the wallet

Once you go lower though you start giving up a LOT of security. Truxedo makes one called the Pro X15 that has a $539 MSRP tag

Not as strong/durable as the others, as it's mainly just fabric now but it adds some weather protection.

Truxedo TruxSport I have had on my truck for 5 years. Still looks new, doesn't let water in my truck bed (if it does, it is so little I haven't noticed), and costs about $250. The cover can't be "locked" but I can't open the cover without opening my tail gate...that locks...so it is kind of secure.

Would definitely recommend.

I'd say they are equal. Both operate almost the same way except the X15 has rails to give it more of a flush mount look. Both allow you to quickly remove the entire roll-up assembly if you need the few inches of room near the back window.

Shoot me a message if you are interested in either and I can price it for ya.

I use the Tonno Pro LR-3045 Lo-Roll on mine for the last 2 years. Purchased from Amazon. looks nice, holds up well in car wash and was easy to install. Had a decent warranty as well.

Default OEDRO Roll Up or TruXedo TruXport

I had a TruXedo TruXport rollup on my 2016 frontier. It worked really well. But I see the Oedro is $100 less. Is there much of a difference and has anyone here used the Oedro rollup tonneau?
