Default Anzo Projectors

So i purchased some used Anzo Projectors for my 06 f150 with the angel eyes, and with that came the low and hi beam HIDs. They worked great on the truck they came off of. Except for one Hi beam HID bulb.

So the issues im having now is that i got the halos and little light strip at the bottom wired in the my running lights and the halos dont seem to be working.

And when i use the high beam the one works fine but when i shut it off it sticks on. So when they are off my high beam and low beams are on. Then i shut the truck off and the high beam is still on until i unplug the harness.

Any ideas or suggestions? The guy i bought em from doesnt know whats going on cause they worked fine in his truck.
