Default Aftermarket Window Motors - Recomendations

Can anyone recommend any after market window motors? The motor would need to NOT have the stupid bounce back feature that the factory motors have. Here is my issue and what I have tried already.

I have in channel window vent visors. I like the clean look of these types of visors and I would not want to stick anything with adhesive on the outside of my truck like with the vent visors that mount above the window and adhere to the door.

I have tried many many many times to disable the stupid bounce back feature of these windows but I assume since the visors may shift and move during normal driving, the pressure required to close the window may change slightly and this throws off the "computer" or whatever circuit measures this force so keeping the bounce back feature disabled has not worked for me.

I have called the a couple dealerships. I don't know about other dealers around the country but I can honestly say that the service guys and parts guys here in the Cleveland Ohio area (at least the ones I have talked to) are some of the worst around. One guy did not even know these truck windows had a bounce back feature and I had to explain it to him. He was no help. Another guy wanted to spend the entire conversation arguing with me about why I wanted to disable or remove this feature in the first place. I assume he didn't know anything so his defense was to challenge my question instead of help answer it.

I'm literally at me wits end with these windows. I have almost caused accidents why tryng to get the windows to roll up on the highway, I have had items blow out the window when the window bounces back down. This is such a ridiculous feature (in my opinion) to have on a work truck! There should be a way to completely disable it, not just "train" the window motor how much force is needed to close the window.

Can anyone help by recommending new window motors that do not have the bounce back feature installed on the window motor?
