Default 2014 leveling kit/ tires question

Hey guys I have a 2014 STX Sport 4x4 and i'm looking to get a leveling kit and add larger tires possibly 35s. I was wondering if anybody has some experience with this because i keep seeing different options on the Kits. Some are 2 inch and some are 2.5 inches with a 1 inch rear block. If anybody has experience with these some advice would be much appreciated.

Similar question here. I've heard pros and cons about lifting/leveling. I really don't want to lift and was told by a tire store to just remove the rubber block in rear under leaf springs. Anyone hear of this or tried it?

Thanks for any help.

i have a 2013 FX4, i installed some 35x12.50x18 BFG KO2's on 18x9 Method Standard wheels +18 Offset/5.75" Backspace. this setup fit perfectly on my truck with a 2.5" Autospring Level kit up front. i didnt have to do anything to the rear since there is plenty of room back there for travel, however im not planning on doing some crazy offroading where i will flex out my truck. the only thing i had to do was trim the inner fender wells to clear the tires at full lock, other than that ive had no issues.

with that said i would definitely go with a 2.5" if you want to fit 35's. also do your research on the backspacing/offset of the wheels you're going to get to make sure you clear the UCA's or you will need some aftermarket ones. and as far as brands id go with Autospring, very good quality, and very easy install with no need to cut or grind down the studs on your struts like other brands require you to do.

Default Bigger tires/leveling kit

I have a 2013 Lariat 4x4 and put a Rancho Quick lift leveling kit on mine. I then put on a set of BFGoodrich AT in 285x65R20 on mine and it looks and runs great. I had to trim a little bit and I mean a little bit of the plastic air dam because it rubbed just a little bit. The quick lift raised the front in 1.8 inches, so the tires that I'm running are 34.5 inches high.

Looks great Beefs, how much did it cost to have it done or did you do it yourself?

Thanks man and I got it professionally done. Cost me 450 but that's 200 for the level and labor killed me.
