Any suggestions on which cat back muffler i should put on my 2012 3.5 ecoboost to help with gas mileage and horsepower? Also, should I replace air intake?

Upgrading your muffler and intake can help your truck perform nicely but don't expect huge power gain. There are other mods that you need to do like getting programmer/tuner.

I'll second that, intake + exhaust will help a bit more once tuned properly. I personally like the sound that a Flowmaster Super10 muffler puts out.

any sound clips of the flowmaster super 10 and anyone ever swapped just the muffler out instead of doing a whole new catback system?

I installed the MRBP 3" stainless on my 2014 3.5 ecoboost, and love the way it sounds. The 3.5 will never have the rumble of the 5.0, but the MBRP system sounds worlds better than stock.

Do the tune first though. Completely different beast after running one.
