2011 FX4 Visor/Homelink HELP??
I purchased a Homelink unit on Ebay for $25 bucks because after spending $40k+ on a FULLY? loaded 2011 FX4, I really didn't want to have to pay close to $400 just to have an option that I had on the 2002 vehicle that I traded in for it!!!
The problem I have run into is.....how do I detach the wires from the visor so I can take the visor out of my truck so I can install the Homelink unit? On the older models, there was a clip that detached the wires so you could pull the visor out, but I am not seeing any clip on this one and I have pulled the wires out of the headliner as far as it will go.
See below....anyone have any ideas....HELP PLEASE? Thanks for your time.
