Sanflipper

I am thinking of lifting my 2003 F-150. My friend has a Chevy and when he lifted his he used heavy duty control arms and I would like to do the same but I am having a hard time finding these control arms for my ford, they seem to only make them for GM. That being said has anyone found heavy duty control arms for a 2003 f150 or has anyone who has lifted their truck had problems with their stock control arms. I am thinking of doing either a 4" lift from Rough Country or a 6" lift from Zone Offroad. Both lift kits offer a new steering knuckle but I am unsure on how that will effect the control arms.
