I couldn't find alot of information out when I did a 1.5" level and lift kit on my truck so I thought I would update after I drove it around a bit.
I wanted about a 1.5" Level in the front and 1.5" lift in the rear since I tow a boat.
I went with Motofab 1.5" leveling kit for the front. It was a pain untill I realized I could take the nut off the cvt and that helped the lower control arm drop free out of the way.
For the rear I bought the cast iron ready lift 2.5" Raptor lift.
My truck has 4x4 so really its only about a 1.5" lift since the factory blocks were about an inch. I love this product for a few reasons. It's cast iron. It is a wedge shape for better driveshaft angle. It has a raised bottom bump stop built in incase u do bottom the truck out its not going all the way down to your axle. And the u-bolts tightened to spec without stretching like I've heard on cheaper product reviews.
It rides extremely well but definitely a difference from before the lift as expected. Under the load on my boat it is extremely confrontable like its meant to be.
I put up pictures with and without the load from my boat for anyone who tows as well. I do plan on getting slightly larger tires but nothing too crazy. I still have factory size rubber on.
That looks good but I don't think that is a 1.5 leveling lift. The front leveling lift pucks are not a 1:1 ratio due to suspension geometry. The puck will be smaller than the advertised level amount. Either way it looks good to me. Congrats. She's a beauty Clark.
