I just purchased a 2010 F150 Raptor and noticed the pictured device on the drivers side panel under the dash. Dealer wasn't sure what it was. I was thinking anti theft but not sure. I didn't see anything about this on the threads here so I was hoping someone would know what it is. It has a little light on the top that occasionally blinks and the push button underneath. I haven't pushed the button yet as I'm afraid it may disable the vehicle and leave me stranded. Does anyone recognize it? Any ideas on how I can remove it? The truck runs great, starts great with no issues.
Interesting. Not familiar with those, I'll have to do some research. Any idea if I can just remove it without causing any issues like the truck not running once it's removed?
