UK Headlight adjustment
Hi Everyone,
I had a new 2014 Raptor imported last year and this passed the VIC test with no problems following a professional light conversion. It has the standard HID headlights.
The vertical height adjustment is correct but there is no way to adjust the horizontal direction and you can see that they shine on the sides of cars passing in the other direction.
I am driving the truck much more often at night now and often get flashed by oncoming cars who think I am on high beam or perhaps have them incorrectly adjusted. Yesterday even cars on the other side of a dual carriageway flashed me as I my lights were above the central reservation barrier.
Does anyone else in the UK suffer from this problem and is there any suggestions as to anything I can do? I did ask the chap that did the conversion about the headlights not long after it was imported and he said thats how they have to be.
