They'll sell for invoice the same day the GT350s do...I don't see it happening anytime soon, demand is still very high. I confirmed my order yesterday for a June build slot, probably one of the last my '17 built. Dealers are taking advantage of the market right now, it's the flip side of buying a f150 for 1k over invoice.

I got my 1st raptor crewcab for 3k under msrp. Was a 2011 6.2 base raptor so it can be done. After the initial newness wears dealer will be stuck with the excess that didn't sell. Now mine did sit on the lot for awhile and wasn't optioned out. It can and will happen just got to be patient. Right now people are paying over invoice and as long as that's true will be longer wait.

I know its a bit different, but the focus RS that was going over MSRP is already being bought for under. Prices will come down, people who think they won't are just trying to make themselves feel better for paying what they did. I am not knocking those people, if you want something before others you gotta pay a lot of times. I'd say within a year, maybe two tops you will see maybe not invoice, but close.

There's a diff between an off msrp discount and invoice pricing. Discounts off msrp may be possible in the future, unlikely you'll see actual invoice pricing. Invoice on a base Raptor is about $41k.

People are getting invoice deals now. It's very rare, but not impossible. With dealers taking msrp deposits on '18 trucks already, its hard to say when prices will come down.

And invoice on a base raptor is not 41k

the people that are, are the ones that have LONG relationships with that dealer... or they are related.... just because a handful got it doesn't mean its available to anyone. i highly doubt they sell under MSRP/invoice for a long time if at alll.
honestly i really hope they NEVER do, all it does is keep the value up for the 17's and if the 18's are just as hard to get and they don't change much.... those with 17's could make out pretty good.
i bet the 18's will be even harder to get at msrp. my dealer was actually upset when i was signing the papers asking themselves why they sold it for that? LOL.
of course deals will be out there but i dont see them being as easy to get.

I would just say.... "pics or it didn't happen" for those claiming to get deals.

I supposedly have an allocation for a 2018 Raptor @ MSRP. I had one bought @ MSRP but my buddy was off the day that the truck was delivered and it sold that day @ MSRP. He says my name is first on the list for the 2018 allocation (this dealer only gets one per year so they say), so I'll get to order it exactly how I wanted it. I'm pretty excited about it, I can finally find one without that goofy sunroof.
It took me calling 20+ dealers and 18 of them literally laughed at me and said there was no way I could get a raptor for MSRP and to keep dreaming. A dealer 5 hours away from me said they would sell one for MSRP but they had no allocations left this year. I lucked up when one of my friends took a job at a local dealership. So, we'll see how it pans out when the time comes. He said I need to come in to the dealership the last week of June to order.

Got mine at MSRP but initially they were asking $5k over MSRP. Had to drive an hour out of town to middle of nowhere Georgia. Relatively small family owned dealership and they were so nice and professional. Way better than the big, corporate style dealerships here in Jacksonville FL. We had a fair back and forth negotiation and I was really honest with them as I had a gorgeous 2015 Platinum, didn't really need to buy a new truck. The manager really wanted to move the unit, he says, so he could keep ordering more Raptors. I was impressed they gave a fair deal on the trade in too. They definitely made money on me but I didn't get raped like I would have in Florida.
