its not really a grey insert. looks like the side bolsters are the grey portion. Like Two Dogs said this is not an actual picture of the truck on their site but my guess is that it accurately depicts what the final product will look like.
I personally like it better than all black as it ties in better with the dash/door panels

It also ties in with the gray accents on the outside of the truck.
The stiching in the dash pad is representitive of the interior accent package seen in Chris's post. yet grey/silver accent colors are similar to what the config tool yields when no accent color package is selected in Nassty post. Hmmm?
I like them, but I wish they would of put more a recaro type seat as an option. Like on the mustangs. I will be fine with them im sure. Was thinking all black also. Grey accent is different. Once I get it then I will be over looking some of these things.
