Thinking about buying a new ford raptor with the supercharged v8. Either that or getting a black widow edition. What’s everyone’s opinions?

The black widow as in the regular XLTs with the upcharged lift kit and stuff? How is that even a competition?

Depends on what you want. They are not the same.

If you can swing the Raptor R, I think that’s the way you should be leaning. Black Widow is basically just a trim kit with no performance upgrades. Also spiders everywhere and those funky rims aren’t my cup of tea. If not the R I’d still chose a regular Raptor over a Widow. Just my two cents.
